They forgot about my order and I had to hound them to either refund my money or send the cases. The cases arrived and there were 5 of the exact same figure in the case. The other case came partially with no cards or no boxes or both. I paid for 2 cases with box and card. Extremely disappointed and will never purchase again. Buyers beware.

I ordered three boxes of strawberry love sonny angels, no shipment yet, and messaged your email contact and have received no response. I clicked on provided tracking no. and it went nowhere, very concerning. Is this fraud? I have resorted to this review as a result. Someone please contact me or I will need my credit card to report this as fraud.
Fake review from a customer who committed refund fraud (received the item but filed a false chargeback).You received the item, so why would you still dispute the payment through your credit card? What is your intention?Plz trust our honest service. Real customers, judge us by the genuine reviews, not by malicious attacks like this.
I just got this email that said my order was fulfilled 14 days ago but i never got my package. Also I just check my tracing and it said that its in NEW YORK (mind you, i live in LA) Last week it said that the package arrived in LA so im very confused why it in new york now. SO WHY ARE YOU GUYS LYING TO ME AND SAYING THAT MY ORDER WAS FULLFILLED 14 DAYS AGO WHEN ITS LITTERALLY ACROSS THE FREAKING COUNTRY. IMA NEED YOU GUYS TO GET IT TOGETHER AND DELIVER MY DARN SONNY ANGELS TO ME BEFORE I REPORT YOU GUYS FOR FRAUD. I SPENT LIKE 150 DOLLARS SO I BETTER SEE MY PACKAGE AT MY DOOR BY TOMORROW.

Well I was a little worried at first, two weeks and no tracking information, but I finally got my order and WOW! I am pleasantly surprised. The items are great, the quality is superb and the adorability is off the scale. I am a happy buyer.

It took 3 weeks for my order to even begin shipping and in this time I reached out via email asking when I could expect my order to ship and never heard anything back. Once I finally received my order, I had two duplicates in my set, which I don't think should happen unless there is a secret included. I was disappointed with my purchase.

Although they had ran out of one of the sets I ordered, they gladly contacted me immediately & replaced it with another complete set of same value with no extra charge!
came sealed very happy
Fast shipping, came a lot sooner than expected. Merch I ordered were a bit pricey, but I guess they’re popularity has driven the prices way up. Also, some of the boxes were opened, but inner packaging was intacted.
