Thank you for shopping at BlindBoxPro! Due to the unique and collectible nature of blind boxes and vintage/confirmed figures, please review our policy carefully before purchasing:

1. All Sales Are Final

  • No Returns or Exchanges: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for "change of mind," dissatisfaction with the specific style/figure drawn, or minor manufacturing flaws.

  • Confirmed Figures Note: Please note that confirmed/vintage items may have been opened for identification purposes or released years ago. We cannot guarantee 100% factory perfection.

2. Exceptions (Eligible for Replacement or Refund)

We will happily resolve issues ONLY under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged Items: The product was significantly damaged during transit.

  • Incorrect/Missing Items: You received the wrong item, or pieces were missing from your order.

3. How to Request a Claim

To report a damaged or missing item, you must contact us at wu594814424@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. To help us process your claim and prevent logistics fraud, please provide:

  1. Your Order Number.

  2. Clear photos or an unboxing video showing the shipping label and the damaged/missing item.

Claims requested after 7 days of delivery or without proper photographic/video proof cannot be processed. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
