1. What is a "Blind Box" / "Mystery Box"? A blind box keeps its contents a mystery until you open it. You will randomly receive one of the designs from a specific series. The surprise is the best part!

2. Can I return or exchange an opened blind box? NO. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the specific nature of mystery collectibles, once the outer box, the seal, or the inner foil packaging has been opened, we absolutely cannot accept returns or exchanges. We DO NOT offer refunds simply because you did not get the specific figure you wanted. Please understand the rules of the blind box game before purchasing.

3. What if my item arrives damaged? If the figure inside is physically broken upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item. We will assist you! (Note: Minor dents on the outer cardboard box caused by shipping do not qualify as product damage).

4. How long does shipping take? We process orders within 1-3 business days. Standard Air Shipping usually takes about 8-14 business days to arrive in the US. You will receive a tracking number once dispatched.
