I had ordered 3 SMISKIS for my friends birthday and she absolutely loved them, the bling boxes were packaged nicely and she loved the tote that came with it!!
Package came in good condition and with a freebie :)) ! Only took about a week and a half to arrive
Hi there! We're so glad you're happy with your order and the quick delivery. Enjoy your new charm and freebie! Thanks for shopping with us.
delivery people have not gotten back to me. Iāve been trying to let them know that it has not been received
Hi Antoinette, I'm sorry to hear about the delivery issues. Please double check the tracking number ZS20030447599 which shows deliver on 9/4 thank you for your feed back! Have a nice day~!
This app is pretty good, ive purchased from here 3 times and have gotten what I ordered each time in good condition. It took very long one time and the payment process tends to defer me to paypal when I dont have one and dont tell it to, still goes through alright just odd and difficult. Overall I wouldnt worry too much about getting scammed or anything.
Hi thank you for your continued support and feedback! We're glad you've received your orders in good condition. We appreciate your comments on the payment process and will work to improve it for a smoother experience. Thanks for trusting BlindboxPro!
Shipping and tracking was painless and the items arrived in perfect condition. The secret was still in the bag too which made it super fun to open!
Hi , we're thrilled to hear you enjoyed the unboxing experience! Thanks for choosing BlindboxPro and for sharing your positive feedback. Happy collecting!
The interaction has been terrible with no customer service. First I was told that the item was sent to the wrong address. Then I was sent a tracking number that does not exist. I have sent numerous emails with no response. I have not received my item and I donāt think that I ever will.
Weāre truly sorry for the frustration. We did send you both an email and a text message about the address correction, and we generated a new tracking number for the reshipped package. Itās possible our emails went to your spam folder ā we sincerely apologize if you didnāt receive them. The new tracking number is now active and shows your package is on its way. Please check your spam folder or contact us directly through our website if you still have any concerns
The set came nicely packaged, but we received two of the same sonny angel (pancake), which isnāt supposed to happen with a full set.
Hi Jennifer, thank you for your feedback! We're glad you liked the packaging. Sorry to hear about the duplicate Sonny Angel. Please contact us so we can make this right. We appreciate your understanding!
Really happy with what we got here for the price and it arrived in a reasonable amount of time with how far it had to travel. Thanks!
Hi Benjamin, we're so glad to hear you're happy with your Smiski collection! Thank you for your kind words and for shopping with us. Enjoy your figures!
I have not received my order and the tracking # provided does not offer any updates on my package.
Hi! We' re sorry to hear that you haven' t received your package yet. According to tracking, it arrived in the US on June 13 and is still in transit. We're also contacting cargo company to help push it along. You can also track progress on 17track with your tracking number. We'll keep you updated ā thanks for your understanding!
Do not order from this site. No tracking number provided. Order never received 30 days later.
Hi there, we are very sorry to hear about this. We have checked with the logistics company regarding your order. Since it was shipped via Standard Shipping, the carrier automatically selects the most suitable transport method, and we apologize that sea freight was chosen for this shipment.
The cargo ship is scheduled to dock at the port on June 25th, and UPS will handle the final doorstep delivery within 3 business days after that. If you would like to track your package further, you can simply copy and paste your tracking number into the 17TRACK website for detailed updates. Thank you so much for your understanding

Hello,
I ordered three boxes of strawberry love sonny angels, no shipment yet, and messaged your email contact and have received no response. I clicked on provided tracking no. and it went nowhere, very concerning. Is this fraud? I have resorted to this review as a result. Someone please contact me or I will need my credit card to report this as fraud.
Fake review from a customer who committed refund fraud (received the item but filed a false chargeback). You received the item, so why would you still dispute the payment through your credit card? What is your intention?Plz trust our honest service. Real customers, judge us by the genuine reviews, not by malicious attacks like this.
I just got this email that said my order was fulfilled 14 days ago but i never got my package. Also I just check my tracing and it said that its in NEW YORK (mind you, i live in LA) Last week it said that the package arrived in LA so im very confused why it in new york now. SO WHY ARE YOU GUYS LYING TO ME AND SAYING THAT MY ORDER WAS FULLFILLED 14 DAYS AGO WHEN ITS LITTERALLY ACROSS THE FREAKING COUNTRY. IMA NEED YOU GUYS TO GET IT TOGETHER AND DELIVER MY DARN SONNY ANGELS TO ME BEFORE I REPORT YOU GUYS FOR FRAUD. I SPENT LIKE 150 DOLLARS SO I BETTER SEE MY PACKAGE AT MY DOOR BY TOMORROW.
Weāre truly sorry for the confusion. We never lied ā āfulfilledā simply means we shipped your order on time. The tracking issue appears to be a carrier error (package going back and forth). If you have any concerns, please reach out to us directly rather than leaving a review like this. We are always here to help. We are not here to cheat anyone. Thank you for your understanding.
Never received anything.
So sorry for keeping you waiting. Your order was shipped on time ā the delay was caused by the international shipping carrier. We can see your package has been delivered. If youāre happy with it now, please think about updating your review. Thanks for understanding!
I was little nervous ordering from this site but everything came safely packaged and secure.
I have not received my order there is no tracking information Iām pretty sure this is a scam

Well I was a little worried at first, two weeks and no tracking information, but I finally got my order and WOW! I am pleasantly surprised. The items are great, the quality is superb and the adorability is off the scale. I am a happy buyer.
Arrived well packed and its sitting on my desk right now, looking at me!
My purchase arrived sooner than I thought it would. Customer service responded to my inquiries in a very timely manner. Overall it was a lovely experience dealing with this vendor. We were very happy with the service received and would definitely do business with them again. 5 stars...
These people are scammers and do not send your order out and will not reply to your emails or messages. Learn from my mistake. Buy from somewhere else !
Hi there, upon receiving your message, our website immediately contacted the shipping company. Within two weeks of you raising the issue, we confirmed that the package was unfortunately lost by the US courier, and we issued a full refund to you right away. Despite receiving your money back in full, you still chose to leave a 1-star review. This makes us strongly suspect that you are a professional reviewer hired by competitor websites to maliciously damage our reputation
It took 3 weeks for my order to even begin shipping and in this time I reached out via email asking when I could expect my order to ship and never heard anything back. Once I finally received my order, I had two duplicates in my set, which I don't think should happen unless there is a secret included. I was disappointed with my purchase.
Took some time but it got to me just as expected!
