I ordered three boxes of strawberry love sonny angels, no shipment yet, and messaged your email contact and have received no response. I clicked on provided tracking no. and it went nowhere, very concerning. Is this fraud? I have resorted to this review as a result. Someone please contact me or I will need my credit card to report this as fraud.
Fake review from a customer who committed refund fraud (received the item but filed a false chargeback).You received the item, so why would you still dispute the payment through your credit card? I just got this email that said my order was fulfilled 14 days ago but i never got my package. Also I just check my tracing and it said that its in NEW YORK (mind you, i live in LA) Last week it said that the package arrived in LA so im very confused why it in new york now. SO WHY ARE YOU GUYS LYING TO ME AND SAYING THAT MY ORDER WAS FULLFILLED 14 DAYS AGO WHEN ITS LITTERALLY ACROSS THE FREAKING COUNTRY. IMA NEED YOU GUYS TO GET IT TOGETHER AND DELIVER MY DARN SONNY ANGELS TO ME BEFORE I REPORT YOU GUYS FOR FRAUD. I SPENT LIKE 150 DOLLARS SO I BETTER SEE MY PACKAGE AT MY DOOR BY TOMORROW.

Hi there, upon receiving your message, our website immediately contacted the shipping company. Within two weeks of you raising the issue, we confirmed that the package was unfortunately lost by the US courier, and we issued a full refund to you right away. Despite receiving your money back in full, you still chose to leave a 1-star review. This makes us strongly suspect that you are a professional reviewer hired by competitor websites to maliciously damage our reputation
It took 3 weeks for my order to even begin shipping and in this time I reached out via email asking when I could expect my order to ship and never heard anything back. Once I finally received my order, I had two duplicates in my set, which I don't think should happen unless there is a secret included. I was disappointed with my purchase.

Hello, just to clear things up, we already issued the refund through PayPal after receiving your message. We did not take your money or make a fake shipment. The item was actually lost in the US warehouse, which you can clearly see from the updates on the tracking number we gave you. It is simply not true that we didn't ship the item or refused to reply to you
