The interaction has been terrible with no customer service. First I was told that the item was sent to the wrong address. Then I was sent a tracking number that does not exist. I have sent numerous emails with no response. I have not received my item and I don’t think that I ever will.

The set came nicely packaged, but we received two of the same sonny angel (pancake), which isn’t supposed to happen with a full set.
Really happy with what we got here for the price and it arrived in a reasonable amount of time with how far it had to travel. Thanks!

I ordered three boxes of strawberry love sonny angels, no shipment yet, and messaged your email contact and have received no response. I clicked on provided tracking no. and it went nowhere, very concerning. Is this fraud? I have resorted to this review as a result. Someone please contact me or I will need my credit card to report this as fraud.

I just got this email that said my order was fulfilled 14 days ago but i never got my package. Also I just check my tracing and it said that its in NEW YORK (mind you, i live in LA) Last week it said that the package arrived in LA so im very confused why it in new york now. Well I was a little worried at first, two weeks and no tracking information, but I finally got my order and WOW! I am pleasantly surprised. The items are great, the quality is superb and the adorability is off the scale. I am a happy buyer.

Within two weeks of you raising the issue, we confirmed that the package was unfortunately lost by the US courier, and we issued a full refund to you right away. Despite receiving your money back in full, you still chose to leave a 1-star review. This makes us strongly suspect that you are a professional reviewer hired by competitor websites to maliciously damage our reputation
It took 3 weeks for my order to even begin shipping and in this time I reached out via email asking when I could expect my order to ship and never heard anything back. Once I finally received my order, I had two duplicates in my set, which I don't think should happen unless there is a secret included. I was disappointed with my purchase.

Hello, just to clear things up, we already issued the refund through PayPal after receiving your message. We did not take your money or make a fake shipment. The item was actually lost in the US warehouse, which you can clearly see from the updates on the tracking number we gave you. It is simply not true that we didn't ship the item or refused to reply to you
